Solicitation will not contain a quantity option. This item is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. IAW BASIC SPEC NR MIL-C-22249B SUP 1 NOT 1 REVISION NR B DTD 03/10/2020 PART PIECE NUMBER: M22249/27 IAW REFERENCE SPEC NR MIL-C-22249/27B NOT 1 REVISION NR B DTD 02/27/2020 PART PIECE NUMBER: M22249/27 IAW REFERENCE QAP 16236 SQAP011965803 REVISION NR DTD 07/11/2016 PART PIECE NUMBER: IAW REFERENCE DRAWING NR 80064 4685222 REVISION NR J DTD 01/01/1939 PART PIECE NUMBER: Delivery is 885 days. Language will be included in the solicitation that reserves the right to consider offered delivery times that exceed the number of days required by the government. A Contractor First Article Test is required. A Contractor Production Lot test is required. Enhanced JCP is required. RD002, Covered Defense Information Applies therefore, a NIST SP 800-171 Assessment must be completed in SPRS. This item will be shipped to a government stock location in Warner Robins AFB. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. FDT Applies. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around12/22/2021. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price might be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance factors. This solicitation will not include DLA Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction.
