Item will be solicited IAW FAR 13.5- Commercial Procedures. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be a total small business set-aside. The solicitation will be available on 4 December, 2020 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. Hard copies are not available. The annual demand quantity is 8500 ea. The minimum contract quantity is 425 ea. The maximum annual quantity is 10,000 ea. The maximum contract quantity is 60,000 ea. The Government's requested delivery is 175 days ARO. The shipping location will be a CONUS DLA Direct (stock) location, and will be detailed on each delivery order. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the solicitation. FOB Origin is required (FDT applies). Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be Destination. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
