Language will be included in the solicitation that reserves the right to consider offered delivery times that exceed the number of days required by the government. Enhanced JCP is required. This item is a Foreign Military Sale (FMS) for Saudi Arabia. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around October 22, 2021. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
