The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be a total small business setaside. The solicitation will be available on 23 November, 2020 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. Hard copies are not available. The annual demand quantity is 75 ea. The minimum contract quantity is 4 ea. The maximum annual quantity is 90 ea. The maximum contract quantity is 450 ea. The Government's required delivery is 170 days ARO. The shipping location will be a CONUS DLA Direct (stock) location, and will be detailed on each delivery order. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the solicitation. FOB Origin is required (FDT applies). Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be Destination. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
