M. Grimstad, Inc. (0CAG9) P/N 3359783 Oshkosh Defense, LLC (75Q65) P/N 3359783 FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. FDT Applies The scope of this acquisition is for a firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 4820-01-508-3389. The Government is pursuing this IQC for a 1 year base period and 4, one year options. The total contract value is not to exceed $574.358.40. At the time of solicitation, there is one NSN being procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP) - DLA Land and Maritime. DLA Direct Shipping Shipping instructions shall be provided with individual delivery orders. Material ordered under the terms of this contract shall be delivered within 90 days after the date of the order. Notwithstanding any other provisions/clauses of this contract, no deliveries shall be made prior to issuance of delivery order (DD Form 1155). The Government's required delivery is 90 days. Language will be included in the solicitation that reserves the right to consider offered delivery times that exceed the number of days required by the government. This solicitation will not include DLA Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around November 12, 2020. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance as described in the solicitation.
