Approved sources are: Avionics Instruments LLC (10933) P/N 1-002-01012-2381 Lockheed Martin Corp (622B7) P/N AFA0005178-001 The Government required delivery is 260 days, and the item will be shipped to the government stock location at New Cumberland, PA. Inspection/Acceptance Destination, FOB Origin. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and socioeconomic factors.
