Language will be included in the solicitation that reserves the right to consider offered delivery times that exceed the number of days required by the government. A Government First Article Test is required for non-waived sources. Enhanced JCP is required. This item will be shipped to a government stock location in Robins AFB, GA. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. FDT Applies. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around February 27, 2020. Hard copies of this solicitation are not avaialble, and must be downloaded from the internetsite above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitaiton for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interst and capability to satisy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price might be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance factors. DLA LAND AND MARITIME IS ISSUING THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS AS A MEANS OF CONDUCTING MARKET RESEARCH TO IDENTIFY PARTIES HAVING AN INTEREST IN AND THE RESOURCES TO SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: Item Description: ELECTRON TUBE A quantity of 88 each with price breaks up to 120 each may be required and shipped to a DLA stock location. NSN 5960-01-289-5272 is to be procured in accordance with approved sources: ROCKWELL COLLINS, INC. (0EFD0) P/N 122270-1 THOMAS ELECTRONICS, INC (4U430) P/N 4M173P43 BAE SYSTEMS DISPLAY TECHNOLOGIES (U3008) P/N XAP0913S3 Government First Article Testing will be required for all non-waived sources.
