NSN 1670-009868334 will be solicited as a firm-fixed price RFP to obtain offer(s) for a single NSN one time buy contract for DLA Direct Delivery. ITEM DESCRIPTION: ADAPTER ASSEMBLY, LAP BELT DELIVERY ADO: BEST AVAILABLE Qty up to 1,990 EACH AMC/AM SC= 3/C FOB-ORIGIN GOV INSPECTION - ORIGIN ALL ITEMS OF SUPPLY SHALL BE MARKED IAW MIL-STD-129. IN ADDITION, EACH UNIT PACK WILL BE MARKED WITH LOT AND SERIAL NUMBER (IF AVAILABLE), CONTRACTOR'S CAGE CODE, ACTUAL MANUFACTURER'S CAGE CODE AND PART NUMBER. • THIS NSN IS A NAVY DESIGNATED CSI ITEM (CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM/ CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM). • PRODUCTION LOT TEST (GOVERNMENT) IS REQUIRED.****NOTE: AWARDEE MUST PROVIDE COMPLETED DD1222 FORM WITH EVERY ESA (RE)****. • CONTRACTOR RETENTION OF SUPPLY CHAIN TRACEABILITY DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED. The solicitation will be available in DIBBS approx NOVEMBER 20, 2024 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. Copies of the solicitation will not be available until 15 days afer this notice is published in SAM.gov. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting oficer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
