NSN 4720012861982 is critical application item and will be solicited as a firm-fixed price RFP to obtain offer(s) for a single NSN contract for DLA Direct Delivery. FOB- ORIGIN I/A DESTINATION DELIVERY- BEST AVAILABLE QTY 369 units. NO OPTION WILL BE INCLUDED. AMC/AMSC = 1/G Supplies in accordance with all Specifications/Standards/Drawings cited in the solicitation item description, including the basic document(s) that follows: IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 01365 845009A0040 REVISION NR B DTD 01/10/1996 PART PIECE NUMBER: IAW REFERENCE DRAWING NR 01365 91013A1001 REVISION NR DTD 02/15/1994 PART PIECE NUMBER: RP001: DLA PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS FOR PROCUREMENT TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of one NSN for the various end items. The solicitation will be available in DIBBS approx on JUNE 28 2023. at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. Copies of the solicitation will not be available until 15 days after this notice is published in FedBizOpps. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
