The solicitation will be available in DIBBS approx on JUNE 16 2023 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. Copies of the solicitation will not be available until 15 days afer this notice is published in SAM.gov. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of o?ers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
