This NSN 4720016123357 is a critical application item; it will be solicited as a firm-fixed price RFP to obtain offer(s) for a single NSN large contract. Est Qty up to 100 each Delivery: EST at 150 days ADO or best available, DLA direct, CONUS Destination Transportation (FDT) Program applies. No option will be included. FOB: Origin GOV. INSPECTION: Destination AMS /AMSC = 3/R - PROCUREMENT FROM APPROVED SOURCE(S). Acquisition must be from the sources(s); or from dealer/distributor offering exact product (CAGE and part number) and who has furnished acceptable traceability documentation prior to award. Part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. The procurement agency does not have adequate data available for the evaluation of alternate offers. Complete data package of DRAWINGS/SPECS will not be available at the time of solicitation. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. REVERSE AUCTION NOTICE: This solicitation will contain DLAD Procurement Note L09 for Reverse Auction (RA). The Contracting Officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
