Items are sh... REMARKS: Item Description: Acquisition is for NSN 6145-01-202-8464, Electrical Power Cable. Item is a 1/T QPL item. The total quantity required is 3000 units, with a delivery of 150 days. Items are shipping to New Cumberland, PA, FOB origin (First Destination Transportation), inspection/acceptance destination. The proposed contract is an unrestricted acquisition. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 day of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
