Material ordered under the terms of this contract shall be delivered within 219 days after the date of the order. Notwithstanding any other provisions/clauses of this contract, no deliveries shall be made prior to issuance of delivery order (DD Form 1155). Approved Drawings – See the attached PID. Drawings are available on cfolders. This NSN will be procured under a Simplified Indefinite Delivery Contract (SIDC) using FAR Part 13 Simplified Procedures. A base period of 1-3 years and separate 1-year option years may be considered with a total duration not to exceed 5 years. While pricing may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and performance. All offers shall be in the English language and US dollars. All interested parties may submit a quote on DIBBS once posted. Please see attached for the Market Survey and to be added to the mailing list. Surveys are due asap or within 5 days of this posting. The solicitation will be available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 15 days from this posting. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Offers must submit a hard copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) by scanning and uploading it through DIBBS (PREFERRED METHOD) or email offers to: Amanda.stroupe@dla.mil. Due to system limitations, this SIDC can be located within the RFP section of DIBBS once posted.
