FOB: Origin I/A: Destination Requested Delivery: 111 Days Ship-To Address: Shipping instructions shall be provided with individual delivery orders. Material ordered under the terms of this contract shall be delivered within 111 days after the date of the order. Notwithstanding any other provisions/clauses of this contract, no deliveries shall be made prior to issuance of delivery order (DD Form 1155). This NSN will be procured under a Simplified Indefinite Delivery Contract (SIDC) using FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures. A base period of 1-3 years and separate 1-year option years may be considered with a total duration not to exceed 5 years. While pricing may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and performance. All offers shall be in the English language and US dollars. All interested parties are advised to submit the market survey. Surveys are due within 5 days of this posting. Submit surveys with the subject as “SPE7M223RX006 CAGE of Offeror MR Survey”. The solicitation will be available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 15 days from this posting. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.
