Material ordered under the terms of this contract shall be delivered within 209 days after the date of the order. Notwithstanding any other provisions/clauses of this contract, no deliveries shall be made prior to issuance of delivery order (DD Form 1155). Approved Specifications – See the attached PID. This NSN will be procured under a Simplified Indefinite Delivery Contract (SIDC) using FAR Part 13 Simplified Procedures. A base period of 1-3 years and separate 1-year option years may be considered with a total duration not to exceed 5 years. While pricing may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and performance. All offers shall be in the English language and US dollars. All interested parties may submit a RFQ. The solicitation will be available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp in the next day or two from this posting. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Quotes must be submitted on the SF18 and uploaded to the Request for Proposals (RFP) by scanning or uploading through DIBBS (PREFERRED METHOD) or email offers to: Amanda.stroupe@dla.mil. Due to system limitations, this SIDC is a RFQ but can be located within the RFP section of DIBBS once posted.
