P/N 704AS4055. The requirement is for 163 EA, with quantity pricing requested from 163 to 245 EA, shipped to a DLA stocking location. Contractors must meet First Article Test, Source Inspection, and Production Lot Testing requirements, and when a solicitation is issued, offerors must comply with DLAD Procurement Notes L04 and M06 for part-numbered items. Drawings/specifications are available through DLA’s TDM system, and respondents should provide product/service, company, CAGE code, capability, and company size/profile information by email to the listed POC.
