Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a proposed procurement for a large quantity of filter elements, with delivery required within 81 days after receipt of order. The contract is a one-year Indefinite Delivery Contract with an aggregate spending limit of $350,000, a guaranteed minimum quantity of 326 units, and an estimated 10 orders per year. Items will be shipped to various DLA Depots within the continental United States and outside the continental United States. Quotes must be submitted electronically, and hard copies or specifications are not available. The procurement is restricted to an approved source.
