This item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition, FAR 6.302(1)(c) Approved Sources: TE Connectivity (00779) P/N DHL-31 TE Connectivity (74063) P/N DHL-31 Lockheed Martin (81755) P/N C4925-1. Delivery is 150 days. Language will be included in the solicitation that reserves the right to consider offered delivery times that exceed the number of days required by the government. First Article Testing (Government) is required for non-waived sources. This item will be shipped to a government stock location. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. FDT Applies. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around 8/15/2022. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. DLA Land and Maritime is issuing this Source Sought Synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the following requirement: ITEM: RELAY, ELECTROMAGNET NSN: 5945-01-053-3279 Approved Source(s): TE Connectivity (00779) and (74063) DHL-31 Lockheed (81755) P/N C4925-4 A Firm Fixed contract is anticipated for a quantity of 158 each, with price breaks requested for quantities of 100-251 each to be shipped to a DLA stocking location. Once the solicitation is issued, sources who are interested in becoming an approved source will be required to submit appropriate data per the requirements outlined in Procurement Note L04 (Offers for Part Number Items) and M06 (Evaluation of Offers for Part Numbered Items).
