This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data, therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source(s) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved sources are Emerson Automation Solutions (1X5W8) p/n/ 1KW05PN2 and Pentair Valves Controls US LP (04613) p/n 1KW05PN2. Parties interested in becoming an approved source for this NSN must submit the appropriate information as outlined in DLAD 52.217-9002, Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 332911 with a business size of 500.
