The required quantity is 32 each, to be shipped to the DDSP NEW CUMBERLAND FACILITY, 2083 NORMANDY DRIVE DOOR 113 TO 134, NEW CUMBERLAND PA 17070-5002 US. The required delivery time is 774 days. FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation) and Inspection and Acceptance at Source are required. This solicitation is not set aside for small business. This material is not commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 15 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested suppliers may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item signifying acceptance of an item other than the non-commercial identified. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsmdla.mil/rfp on or about October 17,2025. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Evaluation factors will be ranked in the following order of importance: price, past performance, delivery and small business participation. The Government considers Past Performance and Delivery to be approximately equal in importance, and when combined, they are equal in importance to Price. Small Business Participation is considered important and will be used as a discriminator between otherwise technically acceptable offers. The Government intends to conduct negotiations in an effort to obtain the best value possible. All offers shall be in English and in US dollars.
