(99251). The required quantity is 130 each, to be shipped to the DLA DISTRIBUTION DEPOT OKLAHOMA, 3301 F AVE CEN REC BLDG 506 DR 22, TINKER AFB OK 73145-8000. The required delivery time is 388 days. FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation) and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin are required. This solicitation is not set aside for small business. This material is not commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 15 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested suppliers may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with the commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Evaluation factors will be ranked in the following order of importance: price, past performance, delivery and small business participation.
