This is a proposed one-year Indefinite Delivery Contract for shear element assemblies, with a total contract ceiling of $350,000 and an estimated four orders per year. The guaranteed minimum is for one unit. Delivery of items is required within 105 days after receipt of order, with shipments going to various DLA depots within and outside the continental United States.
