This is a proposed one-year Indefinite Delivery Contract for Ignition Lock Switches, with an aggregate order ceiling of $350,000 and a guaranteed minimum of 24 units. The estimated number of orders per year is 10, and delivery of 164 units is required within 69 days after receipt of order.
