This notice is not a request for quotes or proposals; it seeks possible sources for 33 NSNs detailed in Attachment 1, including CLIN/NSN/nomenclature, PSC, ADQ, and NAICS. All items have AMC/AMSC “3/D” or “3/P,” meaning they are acquired from the actual manufacturer and competitive data rights are unavailable, uneconomical, or not owned by the Government. Interested parties should review Attachment 1 and provide information on sources that may be able to manufacture these items, with approved sources already listed. Information may be submitted to Kozo Okamura, or a company may seek qualification as an Approved Source through DLA Land and Maritime’s Alternate Offer/Source Approval Request (SAR) Program. A SAR requires the prospective contractor to document and demonstrate that its product is equal to or better than the OEM’s approved item.
