Combined Synopsis and Notice of Consolidation for Transparent Armor Doors The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSNs 2541-01-608-2953, 2541-01-608-2958, 2541-01-608-2973, and 2541-01-608-2980. The FSCs for this requirement is 2541. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a 2 (Two) year base and 3 (Three) options years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be issued as a total Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will be available on/around January 23, 2026 at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedules will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirement is at the awardee’s actual manufacturing facility. Offerors are advised that this procurement contains technical data that is classified at the SECRET level. To be eligible for award, offerors must possess a valid facility clearance and safeguarding capability at the same level. A DD Form 254, Contract Security Classification Specification, will be incorporated into the solicitation and resulting award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery evaluation factors.
