This is an unrestricted solicitation for an indefinite quantity contract to supply two specific seal parts. The contract has a three-year base period with two option years, for a total possible duration not to exceed five years. The Government will evaluate offers based on a combination of price, past performance, delivery, surge & sustainment, and small business participation. The items are commercial, and procurement will follow FAR Part 12 policies. The required delivery schedules are 170 days for the plain encased seal and 55 days for the vertical hinge pin seal.
