The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted with Full and Open Competition. The solicitation will be available on September 15, 2025 at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedules will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destination is required. Inspection/Acceptance is Destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and socioeconomic support.

The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 6140-01-399-6835. This will be solicited as an Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract containing a 3-year base period and 2 (1) year options. The total duration, base plus option years, shall not exceed 5 years. The solicitation will be issued using FAR Part 12 procedures. Items will be shipped to various stocking locations within the continental United States. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
