The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSNs 22520011608074, 2590013160084, 6150014795233, 2590014962839, 2590015219985, 4910015231645, 2590015231657, 2590015287239, 2590015287243, 2590015287507, 2590015287508 and 2590015336748. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Long-Term Contract with a three-year base and 2 options years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set Aside with Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. The solicitation will be available on July 30, 2025 at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedules will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirement is at both Source and Destination depending on the NSN. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and small business participation. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime in Columbus, Ohio USA, has determined a consolidation of contract requirements is necessary and justified in accordance with FAR 7.107-2. The determination of such consolidation will be included with the publication of the solicitation SPE7LX25R0014.
