It is procured in accordance with competitive technical data (see attached item description). The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) and the FOB point is Destination. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total will not exceed 5 years. Items will be shipped to various CONUS and OCONUS DLA depots. This requirement is Unrestricted, and the small business standard is 1000 employees.
