This procurement will be planned as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The solicitation will be for a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC), with a base period of three years with two (2) one-year options, for a potential total up to five years. First Destination Transportation (FDT) and Packaging (FDP) applies to these items. This solicitation will use procedures from Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5 – Commercial Procedures. Solicitation will be available on DIBBS by March 19, 2024, for 15 days. The maximum contract value will be $1,890,156.24. The required items being procured will be under Section B Schedule of Supplies of the solicitation. All shipments will be for stock and the inspection requirements will be Destination. These items are not known to be hazardous but the hazardous material clauses will be included in the solicitation to obtain a hazardous determination from the supplier.
