The solicitation will be unrestricted, issued under FAR Part 13.5 procedures, and will utilize Other Than Full and Open Competition Procedures as prescribed 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This item will be procured in accordance with manufacturer’s code and part number and is available from only one or a limited number of sources. Currently Section B will contain one (1) NSN Item managed by DLA Land and Maritime. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of Price, Past Performance, Delivery, SocioEconomics, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Drawings/specifications will not be available through BSM DIBBS.
