These NSNs are procured using approved CAGE and Part Numbers identifed in the solicitation. This indefinite quantity contract (IQC) solicitation will be issued under FAR part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 and shall be awarded as a firm-fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO), which includes a three-year base period with two one-year options. The solicitation will be available on March 10, 2023, at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFQ. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. All responsible sources may submit an o?er/quote, which shall be considered.
