The scope of this acquisition is for a firm-fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13; Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for the procurement of the three NSNs listed below. The Government is pursuing an indefinite delivery contract, for the duration of a three-year base and two separately priced one-year option period and will not exceed 5 years. This requirement is for DLA stock support within the continental United States (CONUS). At the time of solicitation there are three NSNs being procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP - DLA Land and Maritime). This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). (79396) P/N 33771 Based on market research, these items are commercial, and these NSNs will be procured under an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) using FAR subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp, on or about the issue date of April 7, 2023. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. While pricing may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and performance. All offers shall be in the English language and US dollars. All interested parties may submit an offer. DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) quotations are acceptable for this solicitation. Offerors must complete the entire solicitation.
