This requirement is to provide Tie Rod, Assemblies for the MRAP and MATV TAK4 suspension systems. This contract is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with fixed pricing and the solicitation is for a 3-year base period and two 1-year option periods that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period will be five years, if the two options are exercised. Annual price adjustments via an escalation factor for a total contract period not to exceed five (5) years.
