They are each procured in accordance with a Qualified Products List, QPL D8565/6-1 and D8565/7-2 . The solicitation is for multiple award Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQCs) and the FOB point is Destination. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total length shall not exceed 5 years. Items will be shipped to various CONUS locations. This requirement is Unrestricted and the small business standard is 1250 employees. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on or about 6/29/2023. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.
