The solicitation will issued full and open after exclusion of sources as 100% small business set-aside in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3203(b). This will be a FAR Part 15 acquisition. This item has an AMC/AMSC of 1/G, which means they are suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time, the Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions.
