The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 2530-015218242. This will be solicited as an Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract containing a firm fixed-price with a 1 year base and 2 1-year option periods not to exceed 3 years. The solicitation will be Unrestricted with Other than Full and Open Competition. Solicitation will be issued using FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NSN is part of the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program and will be solicited as FOB Origin and I/A Destination using military packaging. Various Incremental quantities will be solicited.
