NOTE: SOLICITATION TO BE ISSUED UNDER FAR SUBPART 13.5 UTILIZING SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES. DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to issue a solicitation under FAR Subpart 13.5 and will be utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government will award a 13.5 Simplified Indefinite-Delivery Contract (SIDC) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The contract period will be for a 3-year contract, consisting of a one-year base period and two 1-year option periods; or until the aggregate of the orders placed against the contract reaches the maximum dollar amount. Firm-fixed pricing will be applicable. The Government intends to place delivery orders under the awarded contract for DLA stock support only. The solicitation will be issued as “Unrestricted”, with Other Than Full and Open Competition, under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The RFQ will be available at the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the approximate issue date of 12 JUL 2022 or thereafter. Due to system constraints, it may take as long as three business days from the stated date for the solicitation to post to DIBBS. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and offered delivery.
