This item has an AMC/AMSC of 1/G, which means they are suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time, the Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer/proposal, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other factors as described in the solicitation.
