This solicitation is for five (5) NSNs that are drawing items for stock replenishment of spare parts. This requirement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with Full and Open competition after exclusion of sources. The applicable NAICS for this solicitation is 336350 and size standard is 1,500. These items will be solicited using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation is for a five-year, Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The five-year period is inclusive of a three-year base period and two separately priced one-year option periods. The maximum contract value IS $1,773,872.52.
