The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 4 NSNs listed below. An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract with a base period of three years and two option years is anticipated. Multiple delivery orders may be written against the basic contract for a maximum of five years. If you are interested in providing a proposal but not for the 5-year term a 1 year base and 1 option year will also be considered. Please complete the market survey with your preference. Solicitation will be issued as “Other Than Full and Open Competition.” NACIS Code 334413, business size 1250. Solicitation will be issued using FAR Part 15- Contracting by Negotiation. All 4 NSNs are part of the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
