DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to solicit for a FIRM-FIXED PRICE, 3-year long-term indefinite quantity supply contract (IQC) for the acquisition of the following NSNs: CLIN 0001 NSN 2540-01-369-5242 Parts Kit, Vehicular CLIN 0002 NSN 2540-01-410-7035 Parts Kit, Seat, Vehicular Both items will be procured by drawings, in accordance with their Technical Data Packages (TDP). These drawings will be found in the solicitation’s Product Item Description (PID) attachment. The Government will place delivery orders under this contract for DLA STOCK SUPPORT only. The resulting contract will be issued under FAR Part 15, full and open competition after exclusion of sources. The 3-year contract will be structured with a 1-year base period, with two 1-year option periods. Proposed escalations shall be negotiated for years two and three. The RFP will be available at the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the approximate issue date of 25 FEB 2022 or thereafter. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, offered delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
