The proposed procurement is for two NSNs: 6130-01-563-8233 and 6130-01-563-8242 (both with the item name Inverter, Power, Stat). It will be a FAR 13.5 Woman-Owned Small Business (sole source) procurement for code and part-numbered items. Unit of issue is Each (EA). Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. All responsible sources may submit an offer / proposal, which shall be considered. This proposed procurement is for a three-year base period and two options. Items are for stock and will be shipped to DLA stocking locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as-needed basis. The total shall not exceed five (5) years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will open on or about November 24, 2021. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation. The solicitation will not be available until the issue date at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. Based upon market research, this procurement is subject to FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
