DLA Land & Maritime intends to add an additional, 4,452 NSNs to Oshkosh Defense (75Q65) contract SPE7LX-23-D-0005 in accordance with Procurement Note L27- Addition/Deletion of Items. The subject NSNs are sole sourced to Oshkosh Defense (75Q65) and are within the scope of the contract. Because these NSNs do not necessarily meet the criteria for long term pricing due to low or infrequent demand patterns and are not managed as forecastable items within the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), the NSNs are deemed as “inactive” and depending on demand may or may not be priced later. No RFP will be issued as it is anticipated that these NSNs will be added to an existing contract. Anyone wishing to submit a proposal, other than Oshkosh Defense, should contact the primary point of contact. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. Items to be shipped to various locations within established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as needed basis. The applicable NAICS and the small business size standard varies per NSN.
