DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to issue solicitation # SPE7LX22R0003 under FAR Part 15 Negotiation. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The acquisition will include a population of one National Stock Number (NSN). The firm-fixed price five-year LTC will be structured with a 3-year Base and two one-year Option periods. The solicitation will be issued on an “All or None” basis, being awarded to the “best value” offeror for the item. This acquisition is being pursued to provide continued or improved supply availability. This procurement will be solicited as Unrestricted. The solicitation will reflect Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, F.O.B. at Origin. The solicitation will be for the procurement of one (1) NSN: 2815-016592579 Kit, Service ESSEX ELECTRO ENGINEERS, INC. 21269 P/N C574-1081 CUMMINS INC. 7SLP5 P/N CV52053 The NSN will be procured by code and part numbers. The RFP will be available at the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the approximate issue date of 22 December 2021 or thereafter. NOTE: Due to system constraints, it may take as long as three business days from the stated date for the solicitation to post to DIBBS. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and offered delivery and potentially other factors.
