The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime intends to increase the ceiling of contract SPE7LX-22-D-0019 which is held by GOODYEAR TIRE & RUBBER COMPANY, THE. CAGE 04NP3. The current ceiling is $71,240.00 and the Government intends to increase it to $250,000.00. No RFP/solicitation will be issued to the public, as this adjustment will be made to the aforementioned existing contract. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. National Stock Numbers (NSN), Unit of Issue (UOI), and Delivery Schedule (Days): NSN UOI Days 2610-01-560-1382 EA 60 (2) Duration of the contract period: 13 months remaining. (3) The Government intends to solicit from only GOODYEAR TIRE & RUBBER COMPANY, THE. The anticipated award date is August 28, 2023. (4) This proposed action will be processed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Justification and Approval (J&A) will be posted as required once the action is awarded. (5) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation in response to this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. Any responses shall be submitted by August 25, 2023. (6) In accordance with FAR 5.102(e), upon request within the specified response period listed herein, the Contracting Officer may provide copies of the solicitation to firms requesting it that were not originally solicited (i.e. not the above-referenced sole source) if the acquisition is intended to move forward.
