The NSNs are being bought in accordance with a code and part number of the approved sources: GreatBatch, LLC, Cage: 62713. See List of NSNs for part numbers. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with a three-year base period is being solicited as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for the Acquisition of Certain Commercial Items. The total duration of the base period shall not exceed three (3) years. Items may ship to various stock depots of CONUS locations. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFQ. Freight on Board (FOB) and Inspection and Acceptance points will be listed on the solicitation. The acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS is 335912, Primary Battery Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees and NAICS 335911, Storage Battery Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
