The proposed procurement is for five NSNs: 2541-01-593-4660, 2541-01-593-4666, 2541-01-593-4671, 2541-01-593-4677 and 2541-01-593-4683 (all with the item name Net Section, Protect). It will be a FAR 13.5 (under Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items) Unrestricted procurement for code and part numbered items. Unit of issue is Each (EA). Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. All responsible sources may submit an offer / quote, which shall be considered. This proposed procurement is for a three-year base period and two options. Items are for stock and will be shipped to DLA stocking locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as-needed basis. The total shall not exceed five (5) years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will open on or about June 10, 2021. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation.
