This acquisition is for a firm-fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5; Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for the procurement of National Stock Numbers (NSNs): 2540-01-497-9006 and 2540-01-497-9008. The Government is pursuing a long-term contract, for the duration of a three-year base period with two option years. The total contract value is not to exceed $4,282,225.20. This requirement is for DLA stock support in the continental United States (CONUS). At the time of solicitation, there are two (2) NSNs being procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP) - DLA Land and Maritime. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Offers for parts other than the approved CAGE code and part numbers are subject to the terms of DLAD Procurement Note L04 Offers for Part Numbered Items (SEP 2016) and M06 Evaluation of Offers for Part Numbered Items (SEP 2016). Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. NSNs are being procured IAW approved manufacturers Code and Part Number (AMSC/AMC: 3D). Current Approved Source: HDT Expeditionary LLC (92878), PNs: 5000-30007 and 5000-30008. Quantity ranges and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFQ. FOB: Origin and Inspection and Acceptance: Destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery.
