NOTE: SOLICITATION TO BE ISSUED UNDER FAR SUBPART 13.5 UTILIZING SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES. DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to issue solicitation #SPE7LX21RX050 under FAR Subpart 13.5 and will be utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intent is to establish a firm-fixed price, five-year Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC), structured with a 3-year base and two one-year option periods. The acquisition is for the single NSN: 1005-21-912-8997; Adapter, Blank Firing This item will be procured via drawings via a Technical Data Package (TDP). There is a Contractor First Article Test requirement. The Government intends to place delivery orders under the awarded contract for DLA stock support only. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and issued under Full and Open Competition. Both Inspection/Acceptance and F.O.B. is at ORIGIN. The First Destination Transportation program is applicable. The RFQ will be available at the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the approximate issue date of 5 JUL 2021 or thereafter. NOTE: Due to system constraints, it may take as long as three business days from the stated date for the solicitation to post to DIBBS. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Then SAVE. Award will be made to the offeror(s) whose quotation (s) conforms to the solicitation requirements and represents the best value to the Government. Price, past performance and offered delivery will be evaluated when making a comparative assessment of quotes. An award may be made to other than the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror(s).
